Items purchased from us are shipped under a shipment contract; risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is undelivered due to your absence, the order amount will not be refunded and you will be responsible for extra shipping charges for reshipment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, India.

We accept returns only where the wrong book was delivered or the book arrived significantly damaged in transit. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos for verification; minor wear on second-hand books does not qualify for return.

Once we receive a verified return, we'll issue a replacement or refund of the purchase price, minus shipping fees, within 3-5 business days.

• Buy 5 or more books in a single order → 50% off Standard Delivery.
• Buy 10 or more books in a single order → 75% off Standard Delivery.
• Spend ₹5,000 or more in a single order → 5% off total bill + 75% off Standard Delivery.
• Spend ₹10,000 or more in a single order → 10% off total bill + 75% off Standard Delivery.

Discounts apply automatically at checkout and in full; your final payable amount may fall below the qualifying threshold after the discount is applied. Offers apply only to domestic orders within India, cannot be combined with other promotions, and may be withdrawn if a partial return or cancellation brings the adjusted order value below the qualifying threshold. Best Book Centre reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw these offers at any time.
