Shipping & Payment

We accept secure online payment; you pay at checkout, and your order is placed once payment is confirmed. We don't currently offer cash on delivery.

You can choose between two delivery options at checkout:

• Standard Delivery
• Express Delivery, faster delivery

Shipping charges depend on the number of books in your order and are shown at checkout before you place your order. All orders are shipped via India Post's Speed Post service.

Prefer not to wait for delivery? You can pick up your order in person, free of charge; it isn't a shipping method, so there's nothing to pay for it. Choose your pickup branch at checkout: our Abids branch, or our second branch in the Shastripuram / Rajendranagar area - already available for pickup, though the branch itself is still being finalized, so we'll confirm the exact address with you once you place your order. See our Contact Us page for the latest.

Can't make it yourself? You're welcome to arrange a pickup through someone else, a delivery rider (Rapido, Uber, etc.), a friend, or anyone you trust. Just call or WhatsApp us at +91 98484 25966 once you've placed the order so we can have it ready.

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days across India. If your estimated delivery date falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, your order will arrive on the following working day. Delivery times can vary based on your location and the availability of your items.

Once your order is shipped, you can track it anytime on our Track Order page. Tracking updates automatically as Speed Post scans your shipment along the way, right through to delivery, so you always see its real, current status without needing to contact us for an update.

• Guest orders (checked out without an account): enter your order number and email to look it up.
• Account orders: just log in and view it from your My Orders page - no need to enter anything.

Please enter your shipping address clearly and correctly when placing your order. We deliver to the address provided, not to a specific named individual; if the recipient isn't available, the courier may leave the package with a neighbor along with a note, following their standard delivery policy.

Best Book Centre is not responsible for delayed or missed deliveries caused by curfews, acts of government, natural events, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
