Every second-hand book is inspected before shipping. Any condition issues are clearly noted in the "Book Condition" section on the product page, and our in-house binder restores books where needed before they're dispatched.

We accept returns only if the wrong book was delivered or the book arrived significantly damaged in transit. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Minor wear on second-hand books does not qualify for return.

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days across India. If the estimated delivery date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, your order will arrive the following working day.
